Administration Core Leader

The Administration Core is responsible for overseeing all aspect pertaining to keeping the house of God in order. Also, provide support for the day to day operations of the ministry. In addition encourage others to work in the carious areas of the administration core which are:

Church Business: Make sure that all aspect of the ministry is taken care of such as the finance office, church meeting are well attended, members are kept abreast of church events and engagements, encourage all members to tithe and/or increase their tithes and offering.

Joint Board: Acts as the executive governing body of the Empowering Believers church and provide oversight in the direction of the ministry. Provide and establish guidance and control over the vision and purpose of the ministry. Oversees all functions and events that will help the ministry to increase and grow.

Finance: Maintains all financial business operations of the church, provide accurate financial records when needed.

Secretaries: Keep all records of membership updated, produce all correspondence for mailing to members and/or churches. Keep all records in the church updated and current. Produce all certificates for the church such as baptismal certificates, baby dedication certificates, new member certificates, etc.

Building Operations: Make sure all of the equipment in the building is accounted for and is in working order at all times. If special functions are held at the church is available to serve and oversee all equipment that might be needed. Assists if special accommodations are needed and make sure they are put back in order.

Maintenance: Take care of the sanctuary, multipurpose building, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. making sure they are kept in order and always ready to be occupied in a clean manner for worship. In addition oversees the grounds of the church making sure it is kept neat and orderly at all times.
